How long does it take to build my website?
Usually around two weeks from signup and your discovery meeting. Don't worry if you don't have content ready — we'll write it for you.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We believe in straightforward pricing with no nasty surprises.
Can you help me get found on Google?
Yes. All websites include basic search engine setup and guidance on improving your visibility online.
Can I sell products online?
Yes. Our Custom Website Solutions package can include online shops, payment systems and product management.
Who will make changes to my website?
If you're on one of our Digital Footprint packages, we handle all the changes for you — just ping them over and they'll be done within one to two days.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. Hosting, maintenance and security updates are included within your package.
Will my website be secure?
Every website we build comes with an SSL certificate, secure hosting behind Cloudflare and free security updates as standard.
Who owns the website?
If you're on one of our Digital Footprint packages, it's subscription-based — we take care of the hosting, maintenance, security and ongoing support so you can focus on running your business.
Is there a contract?
We keep things simple and fair. We'll discuss the terms with you before your website is built.
What happens if I no longer want my website?
Simply let us know. We'll cancel your subscription and take the website offline. There are no large exit fees.
Do I need to provide my own content, images or logo?
Not at all. We can handle everything for you if you wish — from writing your website content and sourcing or creating images and artwork, to designing a logo.
Can I pay outright for my website?
Yes — this is our Custom option. You get the same quality of service but pay for it upfront, plus a small hosting fee afterwards.
